✅ Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

Items not eligible for return include:

• Used, washed, or damaged products not caused by shipping

• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

💵 Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we will:

• Inspect the item

• Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

• Process the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days

Please note: Shipping fees (20 SAR) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
